You are welcome to read, save and print these pages for your own use. Please do not copy them for resale or represent the content here as your own.
A request sent through the site is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A reservation is agreed once we have confirmed the trip dates, price and any special requirements in writing.
We take a limited number of groups each season to maintain the quality of every trip. If we cannot deliver the experience well, or cannot accommodate your dates, we will let you know rather than overcommit.
Prices are confirmed before any deposit is taken, and a payment schedule is agreed upfront. The final balance is due before your trip begins.
Weather, water conditions, wildlife sightings and seasonal details vary from trip to trip, and photos cannot capture every moment exactly. Those natural variations are part of the authentic camping and outdoor experience, not a shortcoming.
We prepare all gear, check camp sites and plan routes carefully before each trip departs. If weather or safety concerns arise, we will inform you within a reasonable timeframe and discuss options, including rescheduling or a full refund.
A trip reserved for your group and dates cannot be cancelled for a refund unless we cancel it, since the experience was planned for you alone.

We stand behind our gear and will repair or replace anything that fails due to our workmanship. We cannot cover damage from rough weather, heavy use, or accidents on the trail.
