Trip reports and messages are kept while we're in touch and for a reasonable time after. Booking records and gear rental details stay longer, as we may need to refer back to them.
We do not sell your personal details. Information is shared only with the services we use to run the site and manage bookings—only what they need to do their work.
Access is limited to staff who need it, and all information sent through this site travels over an encrypted connection.
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Contact us and we'll confirm once it's done.
