Where we camp

Small groups, real wilderness

A handful of campsites, one ethos, and a way of guiding that hasn't shifted in over a decade.

How we started

It began with a single canoe

Games Pixel started from a borrowed patch of shoreline, with one canoe and a stack of topographic maps we'd marked up by hand.

The campsites are spread across three watersheds now and we own our own equipment, but every trip is still led by guides who know their ground and sign off on every route they lead.

We cap group sizes smaller than we could. It keeps the experience genuine and the water clean.

If a campsite or trail doesn't meet what we'd take our own families on, we don't send anyone there.

Gear & supplies

Canvas tents, wool, and rope

We source from makers we've actually visited, in quantities we'll use before seasons change.

Worn gear gets refurbished into teaching kits and repairs, and every pack is loaded here from raw stock rather than bought pre-assembled.
